ABOUT US
The newly renovated mill nestled on an island surrounded by waterfalls, has four bedrooms each with private bathrooms and panoramic view of the river. Breakfast will be served on the terrace overlooking the Indre or in the breakfast room. There is also a pool table and a large living room with international satellite TV and a library. Four hectares of property invite strolls along the riverbanks.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Moulin Vert stands on 15th century foundations, in the heart of the Indre/Loire, country of gentle rivers, where soothing waters and verdant setting of its banks exude peace and relaxation. To visit the village of Sache is to enter the world of Balzac's "The Lily of the Valley," but it is also known for the sculptor Alexander Calder, who frequented the mill and whose colorful mobile still turns in the wind on the village square. Within driving distance you will be immersed in the French countryside rich with vineyards, chateaus, gardens and history.

24 km west of Tours and 25 km East of Chinon. A10, Joue-les-Tours/Chinon exit then D751 to Azay-le-Rideau and D86 for Artannes. La Basse Chevriere is the hamlet after La Sablonniere. Michelin map 64, fold 14.
